二.Content of Funding:

三．Applicant Conditions：
1. Non-Chinese citizens in good physical and mental health;
2. Education and age requirements
①Applicants for master's degree should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and be under the age of 35.
②Applicants for the doctoral degree should have a master's degree or equivalent education and be under the age of 40;
③Applicants must meet the application conditions stipulated in the China Scholarship Council and Guizhou Minzu University in 2024, and submit the application materials as required (see the list).
四．Application Process
1. Applicants must log in the "International Student Application System of Guizhou Minzu University" (hereinafter referred to as the "School system", website: gzmu.at0086.cn/student), complete the online application and upload the required application materialsbeforeFebruary 20th, 2024;
2. The school reviews materials, arranges interview; For applicants who have obtained admission qualifications, the school will issue a "Pre-admission Notice"；
3. Applicants who have received the "Pre-admission Notice" must read carefully the AppendixⅠ"Instruction for Chinese Government Scholarship Information System (CGSIS)", and log in to the "Chinese Government Scholarship Information System" (hereinafter referred to as the "CSC System")before March5th, 2024.https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login), fill in the Chinese government scholarship application form online and submit the required application materials; The category of this project is "Class B", and the acceptance institution code of our school is 10672. The China Scholarship Council only accepts applications from candidates recommended by universities undertaking independent enrollment programs, and does not accept direct applications from individual students.
4. The university will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of students who have submitted scholarship applications in the CSC System, and determine the recommendation list and submit it to the China Scholarship Council;
5. After the China Scholarship Council has confirmed the final candidate for scholarship admission, the university will send the admission notice and materials to the applicant;
6. The Instruction for Chinese Government Scholarship System is detailed in AppendixⅠ.

六．Notes
1. Each applicant is eligible for only one Chinese Government scholarship program；
2. Scholarship recipients are not allowed to change their admission institutions after coming to China. In principle, they are not allowed to change their major and duration of study；
3. Chinese GovernmentScholarship students are not eligible for other scholarships (excluding various one-time awards) established by Chinese governments at all levels and the admitted institutions; If found, the Chinese Government Scholarship will be revoked and the Chinese Government Scholarship already received will be returned. For those who deliberately conceal their financial assistance, they are not allowed to apply for Chinese government scholarships within three years, in addition to being disqualified.
